Our client is one of renowned chemical industries and following its growth it?s seeking to identify a talented director to be the head of the sales team.

Sales Director (m/f)
With direct report to the Board will be responsible for the global sales strategy, management and coordination of all the sales team.
Main Responsibilities:

Define goals and methods for new markets approach
Definition of sales objectives to increase volumes and margins
Define KPI´s for the team
Manage big agents transversal to all regions

The ideal candidate should have:
Degree in Economics/Finance or Marketing, MBA or other advanced degree highly
Experience (? 5 years) in related positions in a multinational environmental;
Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies;
Experience in management of sales teams;
Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills in English, another language like Spanish or French will be highly recommended;
Advance Leadership skills; Business Acumen; Customer Focus; Rigorous and Disciplined;
Strong Interpersonal/ Communications Skills;
Availability to travel worldwide.
